Community Guidelines
A safe place to create and watch
Effective 22 September 2026. These rules apply to videos, reels, thumbnails, titles, comments, profiles, messages, and other user-submitted material on Peekaflix.
Content you must not post
- Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, grooming, or any sexual content involving a minor.
- Pornography, explicit sexual activity, nudity intended for sexual gratification, sexual solicitation, or offers for sexual services.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual violence, exploitation, or content that facilitates human trafficking.
- Credible threats, incitement to violence, terrorism support, instructions for serious wrongdoing, or graphic cruelty intended to shock or glorify harm.
- Bullying, targeted harassment, hateful conduct, doxxing, stalking, or disclosure of another person's private information.
- Fraud, impersonation, scams, spam, malware, dangerous challenges, or promotion of illegal goods and services.
- Copyrighted music, films, broadcasts, images, or other material unless you own it or have permission to use it.
Age-restricted material
Creators must choose an accurate age rating. The 18+ label is only for otherwise-permitted mature themes; it is not permission to upload pornography, explicit sexual content, exploitation, illegal material, or extreme graphic violence. We may correct a rating, limit distribution, or remove the content. Age-restricted videos are not displayed in the iOS app.
Review before distribution
New creator videos may be held out of public feeds while they are reviewed. Videos submitted from the iOS app remain unavailable to viewers until moderation is complete. The iOS catalogue is further limited to all-ages, first-party hosted videos that have separately completed a rights review; external-provider videos and content without retained rights evidence are not eligible for that catalogue.
Reporting and blocking
Use Report beside a video, reel, comment, reply, profile, or private message to send it to moderation. Message reports preserve the reported message for review even if the conversation is later cleared. Signed-in users can use Block on a creator, profile, or conversation to hide that account and its content. For an urgent safety issue or content you cannot access, use the public Contact Us form and include the relevant URL or username.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Do not use Peekaflix reports as an emergency service.
Enforcement
We review reports and may remove or restrict content, disable features, preserve evidence, notify appropriate authorities where legally required, or suspend or permanently terminate accounts. Serious violations may result in immediate removal. Repeated infringement or attempts to evade enforcement can result in account termination.
Creator responsibility and appeals
You are responsible for everything you upload and must have all necessary rights and licences. If you believe an enforcement decision was mistaken, contact us with the content URL, your account information, and a concise explanation.
